Must be a rising 9th, 10th, or 11th grader. Must be a resident of Texas in Harris, Fort Bend, Waller, Montgomery, Brazoria, or Galveston counties. · Residents of the State of Texas, residing in Harris, Fort Bend, Waller, Montgomery, Brazoria, and Galveston counties only.
