Program overview
Middle and high school students in Washington's Second Congressional District interested in coding, computer science, app development, and STEM competitions.
Eligibility
Must be a middle or high school student on Thursday, October 30, 2026. Must live in or attend school in Washington's Second Congressional District. Teams of up to four are allowed, with at least half of the team residing or attending school in the competing district. Participants may compete in only one district and may submit only one app per year. · Must live in or attend school in Washington's Second Congressional District. For teams, at least half of the team must reside or attend school in the competing district.
