Graduating high school seniors or undergraduate college engineering students interested in hands-on manufacturing engineering and project ownership.
Eligibility
Pursuing a college engineering degree (mechanical or manufacturing preferred); strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort with ambiguity; willingness to accept coaching; alignment with values. Bonus: robotics, machining, woodworking, coding, CAD, and/or automotive/manufacturing fundamentals.
