Graduating high school seniors or undergraduate college engineering students interested in hands-on engineering projects, coaching, and real-world manufacturing experience.
Eligibility
Pursuing a college engineering degree (mechanical or manufacturing preferred); strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to apply physics, math, and logic; curiosity and desire to learn quickly; comfort with ambiguity; willingness to accept coaching; respect and collaboration; alignment with values of hungry, humble, and smart; video application required. Bonus: experience with robotics, machining, woodworking, coding, CAD, and/or automotive/manufacturing fundamentals.
