High school students and recent graduates in Massachusetts, especially underrepresented/low-income, Gateway City, Chapter 74 vocational, comprehensive public high school, tuition-free private school, homeschooled, or METCO students interested in paid life sciences/biotech internships
Eligibility
Must be at least 16 years old when the internship begins; enrolled in or recently graduated from a qualifying Massachusetts school or METCO Program; recent graduates must have received their high school diploma no earlier than the past two calendar years and must not be currently attending college · Massachusetts students who meet school eligibility: Chapter 74 vocational technical high school or comprehensive public high school with a life sciences Chapter 74 program; public/charter high school in specified Gateway Cities (Attleboro, Barnstable, Brockton, Chelsea, Chicopee, Everett, Fall River, Fitchburg, Haverhill, Holyoke, Lawrence, Leominster, Lowell, Lynn, Malden, Methuen, New Bedford, Peabody, Pittsfield, Quincy, Revere, Salem, Springfield, Taunton, Westfield, Worcester); public/charter high school with at least 25% low-income students; tuition-free private school primarily serving low-income/underrepresented students; homeschooled resident of a Gateway City or qualifying city/town; or enrolled in the METCO Program
