Enrolled at Carver STEAM, Douglass, Jackson, South Atlanta, or Washington High School; eligible for Free/Reduced Lunch; current sophomore with at least a 3.0 GPA, enrolled in at least one honors, AP, or IB course or demonstrated potential; interested in a career in health care; commitment to actively participate in 12 after-school sessions during Spring Semester and Summer Institutes before Junior and Senior years
