Program overview
11th and 12th grade NYC public/charter high school students from low-resource backgrounds, graduating in 2026 or 2027, interested in STEAM; no prior research experience required.
Eligibility
Must be an 11th or 12th grade student (graduating 2026 or 2027); attend a NYCDOE public or charter high school; interest in STEAM; available for Saturday spring training; demonstrate educational/economic disadvantage (school ENI 0.8/80% or higher, or family income qualifies for Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, or similar aid). · Must attend a NYCDOE public or charter high school in New York City.
