Must be a graduating high school senior; must be part of a TRIO program; must attend an eligible high school in Spring Branch ISD, Fort Bend ISD, or Alief ISD; planning to enroll in college in the fall semester. · Attend an eligible high school in specific Texas school districts (Spring Branch ISD, Fort Bend ISD, or Alief ISD).
