Eligibility
Open to any citizenship for students enrolled and residing full-time in the U.S. or eligible territories; U.S. citizens attending eligible overseas secondary schools also qualify. · Full-time residence in the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Wake Island, Midway Island, or the Mariana Islands, unless eligible under U.S. citizen overseas schooling provision.
