High school juniors and seniors interested in scientific research
Eligibility
Must be a U.S. citizen; high school junior or senior at time of application; minimum unweighted GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale; strong interest in scientific research; able to commit to the full seven-week program; permanent residence within a 50-mile radius of host campus; must provide own housing and transportation. Helpful but not required skills include Python, Physics, Electronics, LabView, AutoDesk Inventor, Java, AI knowledge generation, SQL server, SQL Stored Procedures, Visual Studio, Web development, next generation computing, basic Chemistry, Math, and Computer programming. · Must be a U.S. citizen · Permanent residence within a 50-mile radius of host campus (NIST Boulder or NIST Gaithersburg)
