Must be at least 16 years of age by January 13, 2027; currently enrolled in high school (grades 11-12) or college (any year); must commit to attend ALL days of the program; parents/guardians must confirm attendance policy for students under 18. · Philadelphia-area students, residents of New Jersey, or residents of Delaware
