Program overview

High school seniors graduating before program start and local college freshmen interested in STEM, especially scientific computing, AI/ML, and big data; students seeking an immersive five-week onsite research experience with a stipend.

Eligibility

Must be a U.S. Citizen; live on Long Island or within the tri-state area; have active health insurance for the duration of the program; have valid Real ID compliant identification by the application deadline; be at least 18 years of age by the application deadline; and be available for the entirety of the program. High school students must currently be enrolled in 12th grade and graduate before the program starts. College students must currently be a freshman in a local college with a GPA between 2.0 and 3.0 for STEM courses only. Interest in STEM, especially scientific computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, is encouraged. · Must be a U.S. Citizen. · Must live on Long Island or within the tri-state area.
